Government Committees
These committees were established by ordinance.
Arboretum Committee - advises the town council on the management of all tree and perennial plantings on town easements and public spaces.
Historic Preservation Committee - works with town residents who are seeking advice about maintaining the historical nature of their homes and prepares material about Garrett Park history and architecture.

Right-of-Ways Committee - prepares regulations for the use of the town's right-of-ways including for driveways.
Set Back Advisory Committee - advises the town council on the approval building permits and variance applications.
