Garrett Park's Betty Lou Milihram - NBC 4 Morning Person - Makes a Difference

Ms. Betty Lou Milihram was honored last Friday as a "NBC 4 Morning Person – Makes a Difference" for her over 30 years of service as a crossing guard. The story mentioned that she is the crossing guard for Garrett Park Elementary School and Holy Cross Elementary School – rain or shine. It was a really nice tribute to her; the text of the tribute is also with her photo.
